With its dark wood oval bar that surrounds the long wine steward galley customers have 360 degrees of bar stool choices. Sit in the darkness of the back if you feel you want some privacy or along the sides and watch the neighborhood trickle in or take a window seat and watch the West Village pass you by. The trained sommeliers will guide you through the wine list – full of surprises – making it easier for you to choose from the 20 wines by the glass and 30+ wines by the bottle. Another surprise… look up. High above your seat is an oval wine glass rack (mirroring the bar below) filled with Riedel glasses of all different sizes and shapes so that each wine is served in its respective vessel designed according to its character – this will enhance its flavors. It’s their dedication to the story of wine where they bring a special oenophiliac passion to the west village. Panini sandwiches; cheese-and-charcuterie planks and exotic Tumbador chocolates highlight the small-plates offerings.  If you want a soda or coffee bring it yourself.
