A bakery, café and wine bar that provides gourmet foods paired with adult beverages in a casual lounge setting.  They offer a full selection of sweet and savory tarts differentiated by quality, elegant presentation and distinctive flavor. The menu is designed by consulting chef Pichet Ong. As a variation, they wish to further enhance the food with gourmet coffee pairings and wine accompaniments.

The Village Tart has a relaxing lounge environment that will transition easily from morning to evening with 50 café seats, an intimate lounge and bar, a quick service counter, standing bar areas, and will eventually feature outdoor seating and an external take-out window.
